Using Hyper-V on a 6-Core Intel processor

Are you looking to buy Intel's new 6-core processor based servers and run Hyper-V on them, then you need this hotfix.

Microsoft has released a hotfix for Intel's new 6-core processors. The hotfix improves performance with these new processors and also increases the supported number of VMs on a server from 128 to 192.
