Hyper-V R2 removes Start VM option from New VM wizard
Hyper-V R2 has removed the ability to start a VM during the creation wizard
Hyper-V R2 has removed the option to automatically start a VM after is is created with the New Virtual Machine wizard. To start a VM, you must create it and then select the Start option from the VM Actions Menu.
