SQL Server 2012 High Availability options for RD Connection Broker High Availability

This tip is about ways to set up High Availability SQL options for the RD Connection Broker in Windows Server 2012

With the release of WIndows Server 2012 Microsott also introduced a new High Availability feature for the RD Connection Broker role, which is active-active. This features uses a SQL Server instance. This introduces a new SPOF, the SQL Server. To overcome this there are several options to also make you SQL Server Highly Available.
