Andrew Z. Tabona, MBCS, MSc, BSc (Hons), ITILF v3, MCSE, Network+, Security+, etc, has over 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Incident Management, and Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support roles, as well as recent specialization in Digital Forensics and E-Discovery.
Andrew Z. Tabona’s IT career started when he was contracted to perform monitoring and testing of the network infrastructure for a local government entity. He then had a brief stint working for a large internet service provider (ISP) before joining the Quality Assurance department at GFI Software. At GFI Software he progressed through the ranks to manage a tier-3 escalations team and then a tier-2 technical support group before being offered a scholarship for a Master of Science degree in 2010. Since then he has specialized in Digital Forensics and E-Discovery, working for a large US financial institution and on individual freelance projects. In all the roles he's worked in, Andrew has always dealt with virtualization environments in some way shape or form. Andrew has written dozens of articles and whitepapers for software companies around the globe, as well as online community websites such as ExchangeInbox.com and TechGenix's sister site WindowsNetworking.com.
